Apparently 2013 is going to be the year for Labour's two Davids to develop their policy with a view of gaining the Treasury benches in conjunction with the watermelons the following year.  

That's after the bloodletting of the upcoming internecine battle completes.  A phase that gets underway at conference early next month.  All while the hilarious Punch and Judy Grant and Claire show over at the Red Lerts blog continues unabated.
