Yes, those defense laywers were defending the indefensible, making it sound like it was okay to let Nia lie fitting for hours while they partied on regardless, pretending nothing was wrong. One hopes for the right verdict indeed, unlike another certain case we could mention.
I am chanelling many thoughts to the good men and women on the jury in the expectation that they will bring about justice for Nia
