20/20 hindsight is a wonderful gift. 20/20FORESIGHT would be even better.
IV2, forget the foresight, I'm wondering how much whitewash is being ordered up for the subsequent inquiry. And if any blame except to Mother Nature will ever be apportioned. Early days at present.
