Granny Herald does it again: One law for some...

Figures provided to the Herald by police showed 20 cyclists had been picked up for travelling faster than the minimum 50km/h limit in 2012

Bicycles have a minimum speed?  I always thought cyclists rode as if they owned the road, but being able to exceed posted speed by over 4 Km/h, as Granny Herald today suggests in their continuing puff pieces assaulting evil motorists, that takes the cake.

As previously mentioned in another post, the lycra-clad are mostly at fault and should be actively policed via current laws on New Zealand roads.
