Getting to the crux of why Aisling Symes died so unecessarily

Nothing was done about the defective manhole Aisling Symes fell down, even though both Housing New Zealand and the Waitakere City Council knew about the problem

three weeks before the tragedy she rang the Waitakere City Council about the manhole cover popping off in heavy rain

in September 2009 she had called the council multiple times about the problem to try and get someone with "clout" who could help fix the problem

Getting close now to the real truth of why Aisling Symes died, but I wonder if those responsible at ex-Mayor Bob's shop by their lack of action will ever be held to account for manslaughter at the very least.
