Almost a million on bloody legal aid to stop an eviction? Till New Zealanders wake up and stop allowing these enablers of violence in our streets, the rorting of taxpayers will continue unabated.

IMHO, the people who harbour and enable the thugs from gangs deserve everything coming their way. As do the legal aid types who offer to lawyer up those with ill-perceived 'human' rights. Nothing but a pure disgrace.

ps All this case does is confirms that our laws for landlords remain utterly ineffective.
