Just as well they're not in business...

I added to a few of those dropped calls, having no hesitation to hang up when a machine tells me 'that I'm a valued customer and you're in the queue of the damned'.

I particularly like the IRD for its prompt 20 working day replies to their secure email system. Don't laugh, in the real world Vodafone has a similar response time on phones and emails.

One could be forgiven thinking that gummint departments should be run like a business.
