It’s part of the breakdown in society. We stopped having respect for figures in authority – partly because those in authority didn’t command it.

- Swearing
- Queue jumping
- Not saying please or thank you
- Playing an MP3 in public
- Passing wind/belching in public
- Speaking loudly on a cellphone in public
- Inconsiderate driving
- Not giving up your seat for a pregnant woman
- Not holding the door for the next person
