I don't know, a sport where people knowingly put themselves in an extremely dangerous, life threatening situation where one mistake can be fatal, all to please a bunch of people that actually get excited whenever there is a crash ... sounds very barbaric to me.
PS I am joking - although many people genuinely share this sentiment and would ban motor racing right after they've sorted boxing.
At least boxing doesn't require several million dollars investment...
Agreed, motor racing is ok as a spectator sport but the chances of the average Joe being able to participate are close to zero.
