Enoch P. jumps on the bandwagon

We are witnessing the result of the failure of both irresponsible capitalism and welfarism without integrity

It makes no sense to bring in huge migrant numbers while thousands of New Zealanders remain unemployed

Conditions that led to rioting in London and other English cities exist in New Zealand and the day of reckoning is at hand.

Ever mindful of not letting a good crisis or suchlike go to waste and of the cost of advertising, our very own Enoch draws parallels to matters abroad.

If "our very own Enoch" is meant as criticism, you may be on the wrong track there, PM.
Powell turned out to be prescient. Hell, even the Brit 'Daily Telegraph' has a link to his speech today!
Have you read the speech?

PM of NZ said...

Yes, have read it many times. And I've long thought it applicable, just a case of when. Shame the messenger was shot down for it.

But then in 40 years time I expect NZ history to be saying the same about Don Brash and Orewa MkI.

And not it wasn't criticism, just taking the piss.

Yep, it's rampant socialism come back to bite.
And what do the establishment do about it?
Stuff bloody all.
Okay, so let chaos continue, have no balls.
This could easily happen here, or could it?
Kiwis are after all, so very complacent, and the police as socialist as the UN.
Could you imagine Key standing up to such a crisis and acting with guts?

Anon, I can actually imagine Key watching on One News a picture of a similar situation occurring in Auckland, and proclaiming himself to be "relaxed" about the protestors' emotional outburst
